Although diving for the first time is one of the greatest experiences that anyone can live, some people believe that if there are no images of the event, it is as if it didn't happen... For the ones who think so…or simply for those who want to take a souvenir of the activity, Pepe Dive Mahahual offers a professional underwater video and photo service.
We provide our clients with an accredited and experienced underwater photographer to capture the best images during their dive. For safety reasons, the videographer is not one of the instructors leading the dive, but an additional professional with professional equipment who will only take the best pictures of the experience.
It is not easy to take pictures under the sea, it is not only necessary to have good equipment and lighting, but it also depends on other elements, sometimes unpredictable, such as sea conditions, visibility, currents and, of course, the collaboration of the underwater "models". Therefore, before the dive the is a briefing to prepare the clients and optimize the results.
After the activity, the customer will receive a digital package that includes:
• An edited video of about 6 minutes that summarizes all the experience.
• A video summary for social media of about 45 seconds.
• 10 photos in HD, digitally edited
The photo editing is a meticulous work, so, the delivery time of all the materials will be about a week and it will be shared through a digital link.
The price of this professional service is $2,000 per dive and per group (maximum 4 people). So, this price is shared among all the clients of the same group that book the service. For Banco Chinchorro, which is a full day tour with 2 dives, the price is $4,000 MXN.
It is essential to book this service in advance, since the photographer is not always available and it is necessary to prepare equipment in advance.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?

The service includes a professional photographer in one session (one dive) in Mahahual or 2 sessions (2 dives) in the case of Chinchorro and the delivery of a 6-minute video, a short video of 45 seconds approx. for social media and 10 edited photos in HD, as well as a previous briefing to the participants.
The price of the session can be shared among the members of the group (maximum 4).
The edited photos and videos are delivered through a digital link between 1 and 7 days after the session

If you want to surprise your future wife and propose to her in an original way, we suggest you to do it underwater, with the coral reef and its fauna as exceptional witnesses. No need to have dived before and we guarantee that she will not run away when she sees the ring (at most, swimming!).
