BOOKINGS

• All reservation requests must be sent by email, by whatsaap or by any other means in writing.
• With each reservation request made to Pepe Dive Mahahual a written confirmation will be sent for the payment of the deposit to confirm the reservation. The reservation can only be considered as confirmed, when the payment has been received by Pepe Dive Mahahual.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS OF SERVICES

• To confirm the reservation a deposit of 20% of the total contracted service or “package” will be requested, which must be made with a maximum of 7 days from the date of the reservation request. The rest of the amount of the contracted service must be paid the days prior to the tour or “package”.
• If a cancellation is made by the client, whatever the reasons, Pepe Dive Mahahual will not be obliged to reimburse the amount of the reservation or service contracted. However, if the cancellation is made by decision of Pepe Dive Mahahual or the tour cannot be carried out due to weather or logistics conditions, the company will reimburse 100% of the money paid by the client on the canceled service.
• Upon payment of the deposit, the Terms and Conditions set forth by Pepe Dive Mahahual will be understood as accepted.
• All bank charges, including those of the beneficiary (Pepe Dive Mahahual), must be covered by the buyer.
• Pepe Dive Mahahual reserves the right to evaluate the default of payments and the option to cancel any reservation in progress, as well as the expenses that may be attributed by it, in case the agreed payments are not satisfied.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE "PACKAGES"

• Due to the special conditions of the “packages” contracted, which include discounts and preferential conditions, any change or cancellation of part or all of the “package” by the client, will cause changes in the conditions of the same, and the discounts may vary applied and the conditions previously agreed.
• Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing and confirmed by Pepe Dive Mahahual.
• If, for reasons beyond the organization, not all dives in the reserved dive packages are made, Pepe Dive Mahahual does not undertake to make any deduction.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pepe Dive Mahahual is not responsible for civil disturbances, terrorism, strikes, diseases, epidemics, accidents, injuries, damages, loss and theft, quarantine, customs regulations, changes in flight itinerary, delays, deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities and other circumstances beyond our control.

DIVING CERTIFICATE

• All clients who participate in guided or unguided diving activities (except those who hire an initiation course or Discover Scuba Diver or Baptism of Diving) are responsible for being in possession of the diving qualification corresponding to the level of the dives that are They will perform. Pepe Dive Mahahual or / and those responsible for the contracted diving activities reserves the right to refuse any participation in diving activities if the required certificates and / or dive book are not presented.
• No refunds will be made if diving activities cannot be performed due to not having the required documentation.
• Pepe Dive Mahahual reserves the right to refuse the participation of any client or to suggest a refresh course if the dive guides do not consider him/her capable or able to practice the activity in a safe way.
• If the necessary qualification is not available or the diving guide in charge of the accompaniment of the divers considers that for any circumstance a client is not qualified to perform any immersion, he/she will have the power to not allow the client to carry out such immersion. Pepe Dive Mahahual does not undertake to make any deduction for it.
• The contracted diving services include the belt, the weight, the S80 air tank and the basic equipment (visor, fins and neoprene). The rest of the diving equipment is not included in the price. If you want to rent it totally or partially, it is necessary to reserve it before arrival to guarantee its availability.

DISCLAIMER

• All customers must sign before diving our disclaimer form.
• Pepe Dive Mahahual reserves the right to make partial or total modification of the planned program if necessary. It also reserves the right to cancel the tour contracted for any reason, minimum group of people not reached, weather conditions, organizational, technical, safety reasons ...
• If a diver does not meet the appropriate safety standards, the dive guide will have the power to not allow him to dive. Pepe Dive Mahahual does not undertake to make any refund for it.
